Returns, Replacements & Refunds Policy

At Olivine Beauty, all sales are final. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel or update your order, you must contact us within 12 hours of placing it. After this window, we cannot guarantee changes can be made because your order may already be in processing.

No Returns

We currently do not accept returns on any products.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, email support@olivinebeauty.com within 30 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the damage or defect

Once reviewed and approved, we will send a replacement for the affected item. We do not offer returns for these cases unless specifically requested.

No Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Opened or used products

  • Orders placed in error

  • Incorrect shipping information entered at checkout

  • Delivery issues caused by the carrier after shipment

  • Delays that are outside our control

Refunds will only be issued where required under applicable consumer protection law.
